July 27- Aug 2

Hi All

Great work everyone, I am seeing some real improvements in roller skiing and fitness.  Hope everyon enjoyed the challenges we will have to do them again

So we are increasing hours a bit again this week and taking away one of the intensities.  Someone asked me why the distance has to be non-specific. The reason is that first we increase the capacity then we add the specificity then we add the intensity.  In short it is to get the body used to going for a longer period of time before we start building the ski muscles and adding the speed.

Training this week


Wednesday 9am - Kikkan at Mount St. Louis

Weekend is no team training because of the long weekend


Look forward to seeing as many of you as possible on Wednesday
