Hi All
Sorry again for not posting training last night, I fell into bed at 7pm and didn't get up.
I will have the training posted tonight but here is the plan for the week.
Wednesday
5 - 8pm - Hardwood Ski & Bike, we are going to start the session with the polar tech coming out and answering questions about the watches and software. Then we are going to do a roller ski sprint race followed by 20 min of strength.
You will need your skate roller ski gear & running shoes
7-9pm - Downsview - for those in Toronto the Downsview session will be similar it will start with a 20 min Warm-up then a sprint race followed by 20 min of general strength.
Saturday
Parking day / Training day.
Plan to be at Hardwood till about 2 because we are parking in the morning and training in afternoon. I am still working on the schedule
