Sorry about the late post I was out training last night.
I am super excited about the canoe trip, hope everyone is ready for a great adventure.
For those of you not going we will not be having a session on Sunday, but don't let that stop you from going out and going hard.
Wednesday - Kingscourt race at Downsview - I am hoping there will be lots of people there but if not we will still have a blast.
For those of you who need a ride it I will be leaving from my place 148 Napier St. at 5pm in the team Van

For those of you going on the canoe trip we will be leaving Barrie (my house) at 6:30am. This should put us on the water by 9:30am.
