June 15-21

Hi all

Great weekend of parking for all of those who came out, I would like to say a big thanks to everyone for all their hard work it was well worth it.

We have a great weekend planned for all who cam make it with at group sleep over at the farm house.

Here is the training for the week

Wednesday

5pm - Hardwood we are going to do some general strength then we are going to take to the road and hit the roller skis for some sprints

7pm - Downsview - Bella will be heading up another tough strength workout and there will be some roller ski sprinting as well so bring your roller skis.

Saturday and Sunday

This is the training weekend for the summer athletes, we have a group of 20 who are going to be invading the farmhouse so be ready for some amazing team bonding time.


If you cant make one of the sessons and are looking for an amzingin general strength hear is a good one for you that does not need any equipment

5 min warm-up

do 4 sets of the following with no rest between exercises and it should be a good 20 min

15 squats
10 burpees
5 push-ups
5 lunges per leg
10 incline pull-ups
15 jumping jacks
2 min plank
