Had a great week last week, the hike was amazing the weather was perfect.
Reminder there is a parking day coming up on June 14th, it is being organized by Ryan and Madi and they will be assigning times.
Training this week
Wednesday there will be a bunch of options for you:
Downsview sesssion at 7pm with Bella - she will be focusing on upper body this week
Hardwood session at 5pm with Ron - going hard on wicked Wednesday

Saturday - I will be at Hardwood at 9am to do a Natural interval session, if you want to learn about natural intervals this would be a good time to come out.
Sunday 9am Horseshoe valley Parking lot -Kieran and Bella will be leading the run at Copeland for all of you who are available, bring your ski poles as we will include this as part our our distance sessions.
