May 11-17

Hey Everyone

Amazing camp everyone, thanks for the great times

So we are chilling a bit this week, I have no scheduled intensity but it would be great if you can do a couple of short sprints in your distance workouts just to keep the legs fresh.

Strength is the same as last week, you should all be pro now.

If you have Track, please just pull one of the strength workouts.

Training this week

Sunday 9am at HSB - Hike 9am meet at Hardwood Parking lot

So for me a hike is a bit different then most - so I better clarify.

We all start out as a group the athletes will run/hke at a Z1 pace and anyone who wants to join them is welcome.  The group will spread out a bit and we all turn around a 1 hour, in theory we should all be back at the same time.
